We want to share with you information about the exciting redevelopment
project in Hartford, CT.
The community itself is already known as one of the most prominent Historic
Landmarks; we have been awarded National Historic Landmark status and will seek to gain National Park Designation. The master plan is to transform the 17-acre site into a thriving community
with both residential and commercial space. The goal is to build a community, within the existing community, in which the
local residents, visitors, and employees can enjoy facilities such as a distinct restaurant, coffee shop, convenience store,
fitness center etc.

The finished community will house approximately 250 new apartment
homes. These will include work-live loft space ranging from 600 to 2100 sq. ft and more contemporary one
and two bedroom apartment homes. The renovation will also introduce approximately 400,000 sq. ft of new
commercial space.
We are working very closely with Riverfront Recapture to develop a direct
waterfront access point for our community. This will give everyone on site immediate access to the waterfront
and Riverfront’s two mile walking and biking park system.
The
time is now! We have already completed over 200,000 sq. ft. that brings 1,000 people to our site every day. We want you and your organization to be a part of our community. We truly believe
