Pet Policy
Pet Deposit: $250 per pet
Monthly Fee: Cat or Dog $35
There is a maximum of two pets allowed while renting at Colt Gateway. However, it must be noted that this comes with breed restrictions for dogs, as well as a weight limit of 85 lbs. Please call the leasing office for the specific breed restrictions we have in place. We can also go over our entire pet policy with you. This way there is absolutely no confusion about our various pet policies.
When you rent at Colt, you are living across the street from the 106 acre Colt Park. A great place to bring your dog for a walk! We are proud of the environment we foster for our residents and we look forward to seeing you take your dog for a walk! And if you are a cat person, well, you probably aren’t taking it out for a walk. But just know we love cats too!
